Hello All,
I run Abe Winters' former grove in Fayette County, GA and I had to do something today that Abe almost never did. I called off an open climb because I didn't have another facilitator to work with me. Abe taught that every climb should have at least 2 facilitators working it. I agree with that. It helps make climbs safer.
I am looking for some facilitators to work, as back ups, for me. My regular facilitator usually works second and fourth Sunday Open Climbs and Group Climbs with me, but couldn't work today. He also says he'd rather not work during cold weather. I don't like cold weather, but Abe had climbs year round and I plan to continue that.
