You should review this thread: it was YOU who got all bent outta shape at others'
common practice, lambasting THEM for what you asserted was a terrible
abuse of 'biners. And there was also the 3' drop rule--imagine!
And no amount of revelation of the lack of basis for your assertions has diminished the
Din of your Damnation!
But, these subsequent posts have put on this record some facts and others' assessments
of 'biner durability, so that at least those who choose to do so can base
their practice on reason, not rant.
