Harness kit for a newbie

Hi everyone,
I was looking for help in selecting a tree-climbing kit for myself. I am not a professional tree-climber as you see, and honestly for now I am not planning to become one. Though, I need equipment that I will use when hunting. I do not need something too expensive, yet I do not want something unreliable either. I've seen lots of kits online, like this one . But I don't want to rely on something I see in ads. That's the reason I am here, I wanted to ask you folks to kindly recommend something from your experience. Or maybe it will make sense to buy gear separately and not to consider kits at all?
Any help, advice, recommendations are appreciated!

Piecing one together yourself using information from your own research would result in equipment that you are more familiar with and probably more likely to use. This is the route I went and would encourage you to consider.
