Hello,

Recently purchased the hipstar flex, trained on one in Atlanta with TCI and had no trouble with it. This one however is giving me trouble - the friction hitch isn’t holding the line when I put weight/tension on it. I’ve tried to look up help online with no luck. Any ideas?

All hitches will slip just a little bit sometimes. Grab and twist it a small turn counter-clockwise to get a grip. If that doesn’t work, it might be the cordage. In that case, swap out the hitch cord with 10mm Armor-Prus, 32 inches.
