Starting a grove... ?

Now here's a question?

How would you go about starting a grove?

About several months ago i took several arborist tree climbing courses. I have acquired funding for a woodland education unit for the children from social services i work with. I would dearly love RTC to be part of the syllabus.

Now i've been climbing trees for years. I've got rope knowledge from climbng, caving and now arborism. What techniques might i be missing to facilitate others in their exploration of the trees?

Would any present here open a dialogue and be prepared to mentor me through the process?

Congrats and Welcome!
Looks like those feet may be even great for climbing.
