kids prusik with foot loops was created by groupb
Which knot have TCI instructors found best for kids' individual foot loops coming off the lower prusik?

I suspect the rolling hitch for it's simplicity & quick adjustment.....or Blake's hitch.....can't tell from the videos.

We use 2-wrap prusik hitches, exclusively in our program. It's easy to tie, advance, and remove prior to descent.

It's not the prusik I'm interested in, but rather the two knots used at the ankles (see the video on TCI home page). They are apparently tied in each of the two tails that come out of the prusik on the main line.

Ah, sorry. Could be a triple crown knot, as shown here:

Thanks - the Purcell is a cool knot! As is the Triple Crown. To save having students learn too many knots, I will probably settle on the Blake's hitch to make individual adjustable foot loops in untied tails from the Prusik.
