Hi there,
this is Marc, 43years from Bremen/Germany. I´m an experienced treeclimber and in the job since 1999.

I´m looking for a job for a month or so because I have a strong urge to go back to this beautiful country for a while.
I´m selfemployed so possibly I could work as a contractor.
I´ve been in Auckland in `87-`88 working at Rainbows End in a sort of working holiday. Guess my English is ok enough for the job.
So, if anyone see a way to make this possible, please give a response to me.
I have no idea how the kiwi situation is. In my place we have a need of good climbers so possibly we could do something like an `exchange thing´ of it.

even hints like, where to apply etc. would be extremly helpful!

Like to hear from someone,

best whishes, Marc

Hey Marc,
We sell our "Tree Climbing Basics" DVD to an outfit in NZ. I will send them the link to your message. Maybe they can help you.
All the best,

Hi. There is a shortage of arborists in NZ. You can basically choose a town (Auckland, Franklin (just out of Auckland), Hamilton, Tauranga, Taupo, Wellington, Christchurch and others). Best thing is to sort your immigration papers, see what the requirements are www.immigration.govt.nz Recently www.treetools.co.nz had a story again about the shortage of arborists in NZ. We have two main job sites in NZ www.seek.co.nz and www.trademe.co.nz/jobs that arborist listings are placed on. Also try www.nzarbor.org.nz Good Luck! Brigitte
