Hello from LA (state, not city)

I'm brand new to the idea of recreational tree climbing, but the bug has bitten me, hard. What started this is that I'm clearing some family land and thought to myself, "I wonder what it looks like from up there?"

I did lots of tree climbing as a kid, and now, with the benefits of safety gear and a little temperance, I can get back to it with less risk of, as my mother put it, breaking my fool neck. So thanks everyone, and cheers!
