Just completed Peter's 5 day, Entry Level Tree Worker program.
Peter is a gifted, effective, experienced, engaging, fun teacher.
Lots of interesting, helpful, stories (including mistakes!), advice, etc. from his many years as a working tree climber when he had his own tree service company.
The course was tough -- as a 63 year old overweight guy who nevertheless considers myself somewhat "in shape" for my age -- it was physically and mentally exhausting (maybe partly from sleeping in strange quarters).
I described the experience to my family as a combination of "boot camp" and "summer camp"
When I arrived home around noon (the day after the final (5th) day) after the 6 hour drive, I was pretty much mentally and physically drained the rest of the day.
Now, the day after, feeling better yet happy the yard is wet so I don't have to mow the lawn.
Peter's wife, Patty, the other half of the business, is a very nice lady, who is described in the DVD as "tough old bird" ... haha I think both descriptions must be true
Peter and Patty are a unique and gifted couple.
Very much enjoyed the course.
