The Triad Hand Throw System.

The Triad hand throw system was designed for climbing trees in a thicket. The attached Cottonwood photo shows a ~45 foot entry

Sounds almost to good to be true!
But I know I can't wait to get mine.

This pic illustrates the orginal design on the Triad HTS. It was later discovered that throw sock #3 could be dropped via a slip knot for limb isolation, which is now included in the triad concept. Though this system works well where flaking line on the ground isn't an option, I personally avoid it, because it's intensive on line management. In the aftermath of a throw all throw socks are repacked with line directly from the canopy. Then they're put back in place for the next throw.

Looking forward to seeing you demo this sometime. I have pretty good luck flaking on to the ground over a small piece of tarp when I'm in the woods. The last photo clearly illustrates how to deal with extreme undergrowth.
