using F8 as a substitution of GRIGRI

I have always liked to using the Grigri for ascending and descending in SRT techinique, but in case the Grigri is unavailable the eared F8 can be used to replace it, it suits the case fairly good though it's somewhat time-consuming.The piranha also suits the case well.
